AI Automation & Others
AI Automation Agency & Services
We are an AI automation agency that connects your lead follow-up, data entry, WhatsApp, CRM and reporting so repetitive work runs by itself, scoped to the tasks that genuinely save time and reviewed by a person wherever the stakes are high.
Why not everything should be automated
The goal isn't automating everything, it's removing the repetitive parts that waste your day.
Copying a lead's details into three different systems, sending the same follow-up message every time, updating a spreadsheet manually after every order, none of that needs a person doing it by hand. AI Automation Setup identifies which specific tasks are genuinely repetitive and rule-based, then connects and automates exactly those, leaving anything that needs real judgment to your team.

The basics
What is AI automation?
AI automation uses software to carry out repeated business tasks, such as replying to an enquiry, sorting a lead or updating a record, with AI helping where the input is messy text like an email or a chat message. Ordinary automation follows fixed rules. AI automation adds a language model for the steps rules cannot handle, and keeps a person in charge of anything high-stakes.
What does an AI automation agency do?
An AI automation agency finds the tasks worth automating, designs the workflow, connects your tools, tests it and keeps it running. These are the stages of a typical project with us:
| Stage | What we do | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Discover | Map how the work is done today and pick the tasks that are repetitive and rule-based. We also list what should not be automated. | A short, prioritised list of workflows |
| Design | Decide the trigger, the data, where AI is used, and where a person reviews. | A written workflow plan you approve |
| Build and connect | Connect your CRM, email, spreadsheets and messaging tools using Make.com or Zapier, AI APIs such as OpenAI and Claude, or custom Laravel code when a tool is not enough. | A working automation |
| Test | Run it on real scenarios and edge cases before it touches live customers. | A tested workflow with review rules |
| Launch and support | Go live, watch the results and adjust as your process changes. | A running workflow and a team to call |

What our AI automation services cover
Pick one piece, or combine several into one connected system. Each has its own page with the details.
Website lead-capture chatbot
A chat assistant on your site that asks the right questions, captures the lead and sends it to your email or CRM.
Website chatbot development →WhatsApp automation
Automated replies, reminders and booking flows on the WhatsApp Business API, with a handover to your team.
WhatsApp chatbot development →Workflow and AI API automation
Lead routing, follow-up, data entry between systems, and AI steps such as summarising or sorting text. This is the service on this page.
Describe your workflow →Reporting automation
Numbers from ads, forms and sheets pulled into one report, so nobody copies them by hand every week.
Analytics and reporting →Custom apps and integrations
When a ready-made tool is not enough, a Laravel web app or API connects your systems and holds your own data.

What can an AI automation agency automate for your business?
These are common starting points. The right ones depend on where your team loses time today.
| Area | What can be automated | Where a person stays involved |
|---|---|---|
| Lead capture and follow-up | Instant acknowledgement, a follow-up message or reminder when an enquiry arrives | Calling a hot lead, anything with pricing |
| Lead qualification | Sorting enquiries by service, need and location, and routing them to the right person | Judging fit, final decision |
| CRM updates | Creating and updating records from forms, chats and calls so data is not retyped | Fixing unclear or duplicate records |
| Customer support | Answering common questions and collecting details before handing over to staff | Complaints, exceptions, refunds |
| Replies, reminders and booking flows within Meta policies | Conversations that need judgement | |
| Acknowledgements and follow-up sequences | Proposals and sensitive replies | |
| Reporting | Pulling numbers from ads, forms and sheets into one report on a schedule | Reading the numbers and deciding what to change |
| Content workflows | Drafting and formatting steps inside a brief, draft, review and publish process | Review and approval before anything is published |
| Advertising workflows | Sending ad leads straight to your CRM and compiling weekly ad reports | Budgets, creative and strategy |
First-hand example
How our own website handles leads
We run the same kind of automation on this site that we build for clients. Every form and the chat assistant feed one lead pipeline, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be copied across.
The chat assistant is a guided flow, not a free-form AI chat. It asks for your name, phone number (with country code and a number check), email and the service you need, offering choices that match the page you are on. We chose a scripted flow because it keeps answers predictable and never invents anything about our services. Where open-ended AI makes sense, we add it with review rules.
What happens after someone submits
- The form or chat is checked by bot protection and rate limits before it is accepted.
- A lead record is created with the contact details, the service chosen, the form it came from and the page URL.
- The team is notified by email.
- Each lead moves through set statuses (new, contacted, converted, archived) in the admin panel, where it can be filtered and exported.
- A blank field never blocks a visitor: "Not sure yet" is the default choice.

Why businesses choose Sivaga
Automation where it helps, not automation for its own sake.
We'll say when something shouldn't be automated
A task that needs genuine judgment every time isn't a good automation candidate, and we'll tell you that upfront.
Built around the tools you already use
No requirement to switch your CRM, email, or spreadsheets, the automation connects what you already have.
Review checkpoints built in, not bolted on
High-stakes or low-confidence cases route to a human by design, not as an afterthought fix.
Choosing the right approach
Workflow automation, RPA or AI agents?
These terms overlap, and the right one depends on the task. We pick the simplest approach that works.
| Approach | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Workflow automation | Fixed steps that run when an event happens, for example a form is submitted | Predictable, repeated tasks |
| RPA | Software that clicks and types in an application the way a person would, useful when there is no API | Older systems without integrations |
| AI agent | A model decides the next step and uses tools to reach a goal, so it needs limits and review | Variable tasks, with a person approving anything risky |
Security, privacy and honest limits
- Send only what is needed. Customer data passed to an AI service is limited to the fields the task requires.
- Keep keys and access tight. API keys stay on the server, accounts belong to you, and access is limited to the people who need it.
- Keep a person in the loop. Low-confidence or high-stakes cases are flagged for review instead of acted on.
- Know the rules. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to personal data, so take legal advice for your business. For LLM-specific risks, see the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Know the limits. AI can be wrong, automation will not fix a broken process, and results depend on the quality of your data. We say so before you spend anything.

How to choose an AI automation agency
Use these questions with any agency, including us.
- Do they ask about your process first? A good agency studies the workflow before proposing tools.
- Will they tell you what not to automate? An agency that says yes to everything is selling, not advising.
- Who owns the accounts and workflows? Your tools, data and automations should be in your accounts, with documentation.
- How are mistakes caught? Ask where a person reviews and what happens when the automation fails.
- How is it priced and supported? Ask for a written scope, what is not included and the running costs of tools and AI usage.
- Can they show real work? Ask for published case studies and check any figures are explained.
